2 Feb-14 March 2004. A new Trend theatre season dedicated to plays by British writers performed by Italian companies. This years productions include Duck by Irish author Stella Feehily (2-15 Feb), the story of two sassy teenagers and their dysfunctional families, and A Number by award-winning English playwright Caryl Churchill, which deals with the implications of human cloning (16-29 Feb). Iron, by Scottish playwright Rona Munro, is the story of a mother serving a life sentence for murdering her husband who is confronted by her daughter after 15 years (2-14 March).
