Verona Arena Opera Festival
19 June-9 Sept. The operas this year are Nabucco by Verdi (19 June-5 Sept), Zeffirelli's production of Aida (20 June-6 Sept) and the Hugo da Ana production of Puccini's Tosca (26 June-14 Aug).
The dance programme includes Roberto Bolle and Friends (22 July) and the Gala di Mezza Estate on 14 Aug (Stravinsky's Firebird and the Rite of Spring).
There are also two concerts, the Carmen Gala Concert (24 July) and Carmina Burana (25 Aug).
