13 April. The MAXXI Museo nazionale delle arti del XXI secolo displays six works, including tapestries and drawings, by the internationally acclaimed South African artist William Kentridge who will also engage in a public interview with MAXXI artistic director Hou Hanru and art critic Achille Bonito Oliva, with an introduction by MAXXI president Giovanna Melandri.

Kentridge’s grand-scale mural project Triumphs and Laments is currently nearing completion along the banks of the river Tiber between Ponte Mazzini and Ponte Sisto.
