William Kentridge: Triumphs and Laments: a project for Rome
17 April-2 Oct. MACRO presents an exhibition of works relating to the grand-scale mural highlighting seminal moments in Rome's history by the internationally acclaimed South African artist William Kentridge.
The show comprises more than 80 works in charcoal, pastel and ink, as well as cut-outs and videos, which led to the final design of the Triumphs and Laments project along the banks of the river Tiber between Ponte Mazzini and Ponte Sisto.
