Il Forno bakery in Rome
Since 1970 locals and tourists have flocked to Il Forno, a popular but unassuming bakery located in the corner of Campo de' Fiori.
Best known for its pizza slices, in particular its pizza bianca, the bakery has a smaller outlet next door which sells a large range of handmade sandwiches to take-away.
The family-run Forno credits its 35 years of success on its bakers who merge tradition with passion, as well as its use of fresh, quality ingredients.
