Teresa Fracasso was born in Heidelberg (Germany) and is with Jonathan Medros the co-owner of InternationalPilatesRome , Association of Culture and Sport .

Student of Patricia Medros, Pilates pioneer in Italy, who was a student of Romana Kryzanowska, heir of Joseph H. Pilates, Teresa continues to complete her studies in courses and seminars with the most famous master teachers like Alycea Ungaro, Brett Howard, Moses urbano and Clare Dunphy.

Teresa holds a degree in Communication Sciences and speaks perfect English, German and Italian.

Her approach to teach is manifested through a calm and reassuring style able to encourage and motivate customers. The passion for fitness and well-being make the lessons with her a deep and useful experience on the physical level and on a psychological level very pleasant. Remaining faithful to the Classical Pilates method she emphasises the mind and body connection.
