Rome's Bioparco has over 1,000 animals and offers special activities for children and their families at weekends. Kids can help feed the macaques, chimpanzees, hippopotami and farm animals, watch the reptiles or take a ride on an electric train. Open every day of the year except 25 December, Christmas Day.
