Salad Bar at Hotel Eden
Salad Bar offers a fresh and healthy lunch of gourmet salads, by chef Fabio Ciervo, on the beautiful rooftop terrace of the city's newly-refurbished Hotel Eden.
The Salad Bar, part of the hotel's Giardino restaurant and bar, is open from Monday to Friday from 12.30 to 15.00.
The €40 lunch price includes various types of salad, a plate of hot food, and a selection of desserts or fruit, accompanied by some of the most panoramic views in Rome. €50 at weekends with an extra plate of hot food.
